• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

• Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for Sales Careers Online product lines.

• 8-10 years of experience marketing enterprise software.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
• Proven ability to oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Masters of Business Administration or equivalent preferred
• Must be high energy, articulate, and a strong desire to win.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology degree or closely related field, foreign equivalent education acceptable;
• Minimum of 1-year experience in software application development using programming languages like C/C++, Python;
• Minimum of 1-year of demonstrated experience in project communication and coordination;
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in writing and executing system test and conducting system integration;
• Minimum of 1-year experience doing video streaming data analysis and voice data analysis.
• Minimum of 1-year experience using database management system, like MySQL, to conduct data analysis and testing;
• Minimum of 1-year experience using version control systems like git, cvs;
• Demonstrated ability working with waterfall and agile development methodologies;
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends;
• Frequent trips to China and Mexico required;

• Design and build the company's copyright protection software applications for the full engineering life-cycle of projects, including requirements design, technical design, task estimation, implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment;
• Build company's software application using C, C++ and Python. Establish the application specifications to maximize the software's speed, utility, and interface experience;
• Test software functionality by creating unit tests to detect problems and debug, creating high quality and error free code;
• Setup and improve GIT-based development workflow. Establish automated integration process for GIT source repositories.
• Coordinate continuous integration activities, testing automation frameworks, and other related items in addition to contributing core product code.
• Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features with the management team.
• Travel to China every 2 months and to Mexico twice a year to provide technical support for the clients.
